For the past 25 years, I've on coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives, and people preparing for senior management roles.
My coaching does not rest on academic theory. Rather, I draw on wisdom gleaned from a lifelong career in top-tier management positions. These ranged from being a college president to pioneering work as the CIO of a nationwide intelligence community to serving as CEO of an international humanitarian organization operating in 20 countries.
Since 2001, drawing on what these responsibilities taught me, I've coached and trained hundreds of entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives, and people who are being prepared for senior management.
Because I've held so many top-tier roles, my coaching and training do not rest on academic theory. Rather, I draw on insight gleaned from first-hand experience in demanding leadership positions.
I give special focus to equipping aspiring leaders with the strategic perspectives and skills required of C-Suite duties.I also provide group coaching for teams. I help them distinguish between the leadership and management aspects of their function and to excel at both.
In addition, because of my broad experience in faith-based and non-profit institutions, I enjoy coaching leaders and aspiring leaders in non-profits and churches.
